Yet another benefit of family cloths is that bathroom decorators now have more to do! From baskets to hold fresh family cloths to storage bins for used ones, a family cloth family’s bathroom becomes an even more personal place. Let’s see a cardboard toilet paper roll do that! While baskets for fresh cloths simply sit there – usually on top of the toilet tank – and look pretty, storage bins demand a bit more consideration. Got pets and/or toddlers? You won’t want them getting into the bin – EVER. While purpose-built family cloth storage bins have yet to storm the marketplace, adapting a child-proof kitchen refuse can is a viable option that still allows for artistic expression.
Last but not least, drying family cloths… sure, using your electric clothes dryer is one way to do it but if your family balks at drying family cloths and family clothes together, there’s always the outdoor drying rack or clothesline. Just tell your neighbors you’re being environmentally friendly, who can argue with that?
