The charmingly atmospheric photo above was taken by Flickr member it’s tea in early February of 2008. The artist, as in so many examples of urban graffiti, is unknown though they, like the pinkish primer painted dumpster, likely abide in Columbus, Ohio. Kudos to Flickr member charles roderick who, by snapping the bin in April of 2008, recognized the power of uncommon concepts depicted on common infrastructure.
