Small though it may be, TIKKU has plenty of potential designed in by Casagrande. Switch out the interior furnishings, amenities and décor and TIKKU becomes an office, a multi-level shop or boutique, a workshop, a pocket hotel, and, well, the sky really IS the limit… at least as high as the owner’s imagination will take it.
Casagrande has already made a favorable impression with TIKKU after setting up the prototype as a working, walk-thru inner-city home. He’s always planned for TIKKU to be far more then merely a concept and, in fact, he’s already begun to sell ready-to-setup units. If you’re interested, the starting price for a basic model stickers at €35,000 (about US$41,500) though those figures do not include shipping/transportation costs.
