Urban Re:Vision Entry: Farming [Park]

According to designer Austin Tragni, urban farms are a great way to connect people with their food, and growers with consumers. His Farming [Park] concept puts farms right in the middle of NYC, thereby cutting down on the distance food needs to travel but also reducing the distance that people need to travel to obtain their food. As an added bonus, his design provides neighborhoods with a much-needed splash of green space.
