Mithun Group has been a top name in sustainable design for a long time, and their Project Green proposal for downtown Austin doesn’t disappoint. They want to turn a decommissioned water treatment plant into a dynamic neighborhood that will be water and carbon-neutral. When completed, the project will encompass a whopping 2.5 million square feet of residential, office, retail and hotel space and will be the largest single development in the area.
