Campbells Soup Tomato Wall, Harlem, NY

Urban farming is an important step to self-sufficiency for people in many areas of the world, but it’s not always possible in an urban setting because of the lack of available space. Harlem youth group The Brotherhood/Sister Sol teamed up with Green Living Technologies to plant and grow this living wall consisting of the iconic Campbell Soup Jersey tomato in Harlem. The green wall will help Harlem youth learn to grow their own food, care for the environment and develop personal responsibility.
