		<description>What a silly idea. They are making it harder for someone to ride a bike. That dynamo is robbing you of energy that normally would be put towards propelling the bike, not to mention the extra weight of the battery. A fit person is probably only good for about 200watts on a sustained basis, there ain&#039;t that much energy to be found.

You would be better putting the money into Solar Panels at the docking stations. More energy per $ invested, free shade and harder to steal.</description>

		<description>That sounds like an awesome idea.  People love incentives.  But its not clear if this is just an idea you have or is some organization actaully implementing this?  I notice the Oyster card - Is this a London thing?
